Marco Scola is a sports journalist, media entrepreneur, musician, filmmaker, and business professional. Marco graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a degree in Broadcast Journalism: Sports Radio and went on to earn a Masters in Sports Administration from Northwestern University. Marco has had the pleasure of working for various sports and entertainment companies such as ESPN Radio 1000 in Chicago, Bear Report Magazine to cover the Chicago Bears, the Chicago Slaughter and Chicago Rush arena football teams, Schaumburg Flyers baseball team, and the Chicago Sun-Times and News-Press.

Marco has called play-by-play for the Slaughter, Rush, and Flyers as well as the UIC Flames basketball team. He co-hosted “The Big Show” on WCRX 88.1 FM in Chicago as well as “The Bears Cast” podcast and “The Game” podcast on websites throughout the Chicagoland area.

In addition to his media accomplishments, Marco is also a musician and filmmaker. Through high school and college Marco worked on the art of songwriting, performance, and production of music with the release of two self-titled albums “Release” and “Rebirth” – both of which written and recorded independently. Marco also produced several short films including “Hey!”, “You Don’t Know You’re Beautiful”, “Your Body Is A Wonderland”, and “One Minute Videos.” Marco has also been involved in the production of other short films and writes screenplays in his spare time.

Marco enjoys working on his music and film but is most passionate about talking sports. This site is dedicated to showcasing articles, broadcasts, songs and movies.
